Honestly, I didn't ever expect my life to change so drastically from a school field trip to the beach. I don't think anybody would. My life was normal ; it was another normal day. The moment I found that green crystal washed up on the shore, everything changed.

Brush my teeth, get dressed, go to school and do homework. That's what my life was about, occasionally going to parties. But when a new kid comes to school and turns your world upside down, your best friend turning into your enemy. And me, turning into something that isn't exactly human.
