Tan is a swimmer and surfer living in Siquijor, a place often visited by tourists. He's well-known, and many people admire him. He receives countless confessions-but he rejects them all. That's why he's earned the reputation of being a Casanova.

One peaceful afternoon, while walking along the beach, he heard a scream. A foreigner was pointing toward the deeper part of the sea. Tan ran and saved a drowning man. That's when he met Que, a foreigner from the United States-an introvert who barely speaks and carries a mysterious aura.
