Ingénue (Urban)

Aïda is a west African teen who has lived in Bronx, New York all her life. She is very timid and doesn't have many friends. Her parents are strict and only care about her education. Oblivious to the drugs, sex, and scams surrounding her, she remains invisible. However, when she meets Tyler, she is introduced to a world of things she's never really noticed or that has never noticed her. Her life steers in a whole new direction, and she is transformed into everything she thought she wanted to be. Meanwhile her best friend Malika is becoming a stranger.
