In the year 2342, humanity's colonization of the solar system has attracted the attention of an advanced alien race, the Lumina, who are set to arrive in twenty-eight years. Facing overwhelming odds, humanity initiates Project Chimera, a desperate plan to create a system-wide camouflage using gravitational lensing. General Aris Thorne leads this monumental effort, assembling a corps of brilliant minds and mobilizing the entire human population. However, on the volatile moon of Io, an Everyman engineer named Jax stumbles upon evidence of sabotage targeting critical W State Transformers, the very technology enabling their invisibility. This discovery thrusts Jax into a dangerous game of cat and mouse, potentially exposing humanity's existence and jeopardizing the success of Project Chimera. The endgame hinges on whether humanity can maintain its illusion of invisibility against both external threats and internal betrayal, or if their audacious bid for survival will lead to their ultimate extinction.

An intelligent entity by the name of Unilife captures the attention of an ancient alien race, who must decide whether or not to make first contact with the human race in order to stop this fast-learning, genocidal entity . . . And after encountering the entity themselves, Humanity must decide between fighting Unilife to the bitter end, or fleeing the Milky Way Galaxy altogether. This short story is a precursor to other writings to come. Essentially, I'm using my experience from writing this as a springboard for future planned projects. Sidenote: this project was originally drafted in Google Docs. For some reason, when copying over to Wattpad, Wattpad converts all the em dashes to regular hyphens. Be on the lookout for that, as it completely slaughters the meaning of certain sentences and phrases which use em dashes.
