She's happy staying in the background - next to her best friend Cole, the one who's been by her side since forever. High school life is predictable, comfortable... until Kai Smith steps in.
Kai has a way of pushing every button she has - teasing, smirking, and calling her that one nickname she swears she hates: "Princess."
She should hate him. She really should.
But the more he teases her, the harder it gets to pretend she doesn't care.
