Ashes and Flour

Anya hides her pain behind a cheerful, outgoing persona and her love for baking. But beneath the surface, she struggles with grief over her mother's death, a distant father who buries himself in work, and the cruelty of her stepmother and stepsister.
On the other side, he is intelligent but jaded, worn down by constant comparisons to his older brother. Tired of living in someone else's shadow, he rebels against his father's expectations, determined to follow his passion for music-even if his father dismisses it as a waste.
