Shota, a Christian boy in a small town, used to cause trouble with his childhood friends, including his best friend Jongseob. Over the years, Shota became a goody two-shoes, focusing on grades and staying out of trouble. But when Jongseob returns, Shota finds himself drawn back into rebellion. As old feelings resurface, Shota struggles with Jongseob's toxic side and the complicated bond they share, even as their relationship begins to evolve in unexpected ways.

This isn't really based on the song although some aspect definitely are but it's mainly the contrast between the sugar and sweetness of strawberries and the bitterness of cigarettes.
