Pearl and Pale: The Mermaids
This is a mermaid story. Don't judge. Pale is a normal 14 year old girl until one day she finds herself craving for water. Not to drink it, but to swim in it. Pale has never loved swimming or the beach, I mean yeah she would do it, but this change in attitude scares her. It not until a matter of time until she goes into the ocean and finds herself a mermaid. 14 year old Pearl has been a mermaid for her whole life. She has always lived with her mom and older sister. Hey guys, this is my first try. This book is a collection of poems. It's a piece of me, a quiet mix of thoughts, memories, and small truths about family. It's not perfect. It's not all happy, either. But it's real. ----- These poems talk about distance, growing up, silence, and the little things that stay with us even when we try to move on. Some of it might feel heavy, some might feel calm, just like family does sometimes.

I see you've somehow stumbled upon, My amateur book of magic. Turn the page, if you wish, That would make me simply ecstatic :) Nothing but a girl who has a small talent with pen and paper. Decided to follow in the footsteps of my good friends @Crimsyy, @wordsnvisions and @Bondy11, and attempt to contain all the magic flowing in my soul into a book of poetry. Those three are amazing, but this is my work. My pale, flickering candle stub in a tiny puddle compared to their poetry, which is as radiant as the sun and as deep as the ocean. But still... Team [ Big Four + reader + Hazelia (my fictional twin) ]
A Big Four (which is actually basically a mix of every DreamWorks and Disney characters I could find) + the amazing reader + Hazelia (my fictional twin) Y/N was a normal girl living in a normal world without the slightest knowledge of magic and all that "bibbidi-bobbidi-boo"... or so she thought. But she was thrown into all that amazingness (is this a word?) when her world came tumbling down as the parents she thought were hers turned out to not be her real parents (it's painful, trust me). They then sent her to an academy in another realm called the Fantasy Realm, the one and only Mixed Academy. There, she found youngsters that mostly don't look human at all and have special abilities... like turning things into food with only a touch. How cool is that? She also met a few people that soon became friends with her... even the weirdo Hazelia (believe me, I got a lecture from Hazy for writing this but do I care? No). Being in the academy was fun and all, but it was not until the moment they found out that darkness was lurking around that Y/N truly found out about her true origins and who she really was... As they learn how to create and control magic for four years, the young teenagers face insane drama. Dark secrets, romance, betrayals, tragedy, disappearances. One day on Christmas day Elsa and Jack go up to the third floor which is forbidden. There they find a diary over 80 years old with a secret writer writing on weird days. -------------------- Not only that but Elsa found a book that might just explain something that has always been a mystery. Her powers. ------ When it seems Jack has betrayed her, Elsa runs to the forbidden Forrest and accepts the help of a terrifying "friend". It seems the school is causing more harm than help. Imagine being a rebellious ballerina, about to discover she's not fully human and about to go through quite a magical transformation Olivia is 13 and from Aspatria, Cumbria and when her cousin visits from Athens, her life is turned into chaos and she doesn't need a distraction from a dance recital, school is the distraction to everything. 1 day Echo who is 15; is out swimming and loses the bangle on her wrist that keeps her fully human, within seconds Echo has lost her legs grown a tail and starts to unleash very out of control dark magic and this change will happen every time she gets even a drip of liquid onto her skin. Ballerina Olivia takes longer to know what she really is but it all comes to light when she wakes up 1 morning and gets a tingling in her back and before long some beautiful wings start to grow and even though her life has changed she still wants to be a ballerina and when she's an adult she'll be at Juilliard and prove to her family she never needed academics to fall back on. This is just the start of the chaos as both have to handle school without being considered as freaks, not like the diva ballerina considers needing education when there's dance but she must keep up with her popularity and even though her life has changed she still wants to be a ballerina and when she's an adult she'll be at Juilliard and prove to her family she never needed academics to fall back on.Complete
