Dense flooding has smothered Goiky, and now the only land for miles is scattered around as islands. Tennis Ball, Golf Ball, Grassy, and Puffball are the only ones known to have gotten on a raft and survived...so far.
However, the depths of this neverending ocean aren't always friendly. In fact, familiar faces may show up to end everything they've worked to survive for.
THIS STORY WILL CONTAIN SWEARING AND BLOOD. THIS IS NOT HUMANIZED.
This is also my first Wattpad story, so please excuse any horrendous grammar and/or spelling.

The wind brushed through the landscape, making the grass dance. Something was different. Tennisball looked around and everything seemed to be normal; same game, same host, same contestants, same flowers, same hands, same eyes, same sky. But....he could hear it calling for him, crawling underneath his skin. Something was wrong. The shift did it, he was almost certain. It had messed up his mind. (Kind of an infection AU, planning on atleast 30k words) I still post this on here too, but I'm more active on ao3. An idea I've had for over a year now! It's not often you see someone make a What If into a 'story'...heh. As of writing, Golfball is doing great in TPOT in canon. Imagine though; she gets eliminated in BFB 8 instead of 8-Ball. Will 8-Ball develop? Will any other characters get affected by this change? Is Golfball still able to make a big impact on the BFDI lore? Maybe even a bigger one than in canon? No one knows... Well, this book does actually, but- Yeah ok that's enough- Anyway, BFB 8-TPOT 12 were done a year ago, but it has been edited. NOT the ideas tho usually. It's mostly just grammar editing and adding some other stuff in some parts. TPOT 13 and onward on the other hand were written recently, as of writing this description.
