Tanya von Degurechaff: an ace of aces, the Devil of the Rhine, a legend cut down by divine betrayal. Her third life begins with a crash landing into the "Universal Century," a future where humanity has traded battlefields for orbital cylinders, perfected the art of war into 18-meter-tall instruments of death, and is now collectively losing its mind over its supposed next stage of evolution: space espers demanding astronomical hazard pay called "Newtypes".

Once again trapped in the body of a child, Tanya's dream of a peaceful, rational life is immediately besieged by the two titans of her new era: the decadent Earth Federation and the fanatical Principality of Zeon. Two absurd organisations hellbent on waging a war using city-smashing giants called Mobile Suits.

Determined to avoid the front-line meat grinder and Newtype nonsense, Tanya will leverage every ounce of her military genius and cutthroat pragmatism to secure a safe post far from the fighting. But in a universe hurtling toward mutually-assured annihilation, her ruthless efficiency might just be mistaken for fanatical patriotism. Sooner or later, someone is going to hand her the keys to a Zaku- and God help the poor soul on the other side of its mono-eye.

The Devil of the Rhine is back. And this time, she has a heat hawk, ready to guard herself against Workplace Hazards of the Universal Century.

This narrative draws inspirations only from the Youjo Senki light novel volumes 1-12 and relevant Manga chapters. The animations are ignored in its entirety. Gundam: The Origin was used as reference for events before UC 0079.

This crossover fiction also contains altered timelines and fictional weaponry to compensate for Tanya's butterfly effects. Tanya herself also may or may not have been overly-prettified and/or overly-shortened. Proceed on with care!
