Inhumane abilities were believed as a myth. People who believed in these abilities were called crazy, until one day the world would change for people to gain these abilities and create a new government, but not all could gain these abilities. Most people obtain three or less, but those who gain more than four are quickly executed, fearful of taking advantage of their own ability. Because of the new government named Stellar with 5 main offices around the world, Paris, China, America, Spain, and Russia being the first to establish Stellar.
