The old clock of the Milswin family was a keepsake passed down for generations. Erica Halsorn, a woman in her 70's, had finally passed down the key of the old grandfather clock to her daughter, Meredith Everends. But with the sudden refusal of the woman, Erica Halsorn had kept the key to herself before tying the key loosely to her grand daughter's neck at the time of Meredith's death after a rough labor.

The clock had stopped ticking at exactly midnight. When it finally gets repaired years later, Amara Everends, Meredith's daughter, finds the clock fully functioning this time - only to notice that the clock rings at every specific time, consistently, a week away before one of her relatives eventually pass away.

And then it stops.

Only ringing once again, continuously, at 3:37 am.

But with no signs of death.

Yet.
