Highschool is pretty much over for Alex Markham. On the night after graduation, Alex and his best friend Max Rondo go see a production of "Disappearing Boy" staring Sam Burrows, a beautiful brunette who happens to be Alex's crush. After the play Alex congratulates Sam, and finally has some newfound confidence to make a move. There's a catch: Alex is leaving for college in less than two weeks.
