The princess Zelda is on her way to a wedding when she and her caravan are suddenly ambushed by a group of Gerudo warriors, a tribe long thought to have been near extinction. The Hylian heiress is taken back to their city in the Gerudo desert where she meets their leader, King Ganondorf. There, as his captive, Zelda learns a great deal about what it means to lead and also uncovers a hidden plot that could change the future of Hyrule forever.
Disclaimer: All of the Legend of Zelda games and characters are the property of Nintendo; I do not own any of them. I also do NOT own the cover image; I just found it on Pinterest and I thought it kinda fit the vibe of the story. (Slight AU)
I was heavily inspired to write this by Liliana Moon's Naruto fanfic called "The Sand Prince" on Fanfiction.net. If you've never read it or heard of it before, I HIGHLY recommend you go check it out because it is a SPECTACULAR work.
I also recommended a Legend of Zelda fanfic on Fanfiction.net called "Identifier" by ImagineAspen. It was an AMAZING story, and I was greatly inspired by it, too. (You should TOTALLY give that a read once you have a chance!)
Please go easy on me guys and gals, I'm not as well-versed in Legend of Zelda lore as all of you are!

Until The Last Breath
A lot of work needs to be done to rebuild Hyrule, and to convince others to help will take a lot of work from Link and Zelda. Having all his memories back, Link is plagued with thoughts and memories of the Champions, wishing he could go back in time and save them. He can't focus on the past too much though, because an incredible threat has woken up, and will certainly destroy Hyrule if nothing is done soon. Hyrule needs a hero, and that hero happens to be Link. Takes place after Breath of the Wild. The cover photo isn't mine! All character rights go to Nintendo, but the plot is mineee! Who We Are; Zelink, Modern (The Legend Of Zelda)
((read whole description to know what you're getting into xD)) There is a secret hiding in the nation of Hyrule. For centuries this land has been a democracy, but few actually know just what is going on behind the scenes. What use are the old tales when no one even believes in magic anymore? Zelda is a girl who lives her life trapped within the walls of her family's mansion. She only leaves to go to school, and there she meets someone who will quite literally change her life forever. My Silent Knight
It has been a year since the princess and her knight were able to reunite and seal the horror that was Calamity Ganon. Now, the princess wonders through her kingdom of Hyrule, attempting to help her subjects and return the kingdom to it's former glory. Through her travels, she makes sure to keep her silent knight close to her, afraid to ever loose him again. Now, her appreciation and feelings towards the knight grew stronger and through every moment, good and bad, she is determined to stay by his side and never loose him, even if that means loosing herself. Authors Note: Hello! This is my first ever story and I was really bored one day so I decided to just start typing! I did not plan for this story to go for this long but since so many have been reading it and loving it I have been adding in extra chapters! Thank you for checking it out and I hope you enjoy :) P.S. The Silent Princess
Zelda and Link have finally reunited after the Calamity, and there's a lot to do to restore Hyrlue to its former glory. On their adventures together, Link and Zelda get closer than they ever were before. Could this finally be the Zelink we've all been waiting for? So we all want Zelink to happen, don't we, so I made this short story just as a substitute until it really happens (probably never). How A Princess Fights.
When Zelda is forced to marry a tyrant that would bring her country to ruin, she lashes out at her new husband. The new King plots against her so he can have the kingdom and the Triforce for himself but Zelda has many friends in Hyrule. She must leave Hyrule Castle, her home, with no one but a knight at her side. She leaves with a promise, a promise to return some day, an army at her side and retake her kingdom, liberating her subjects from the King's tyranny. This is a Zelink story but I doubt it will be as good as my first Zelink story, 'A Princess Problem' but let's give it a try.
