Nonhuman Writing

Izuku Midoriya was never supposed to exist. He was made solely for someone else, to ease the anger of a childish man caught in greed. But before he was ever finished, he was stolen away by heroes, who thought he was just a kidnapped child.

So Izuku got to awaken with a normal life, with no knowledge of his purpose or why he's alive in the first place. He grew up with a kind mother, and went to college for psychology, which he dropped out of due to lack of interest. Instead, he pursued writing.

Eventually, he became a hermit who wrote many mystery and horror books under a pseudonym. No one knows who he is, and he stays at home, working online so no one but his mother and pet Doberman can bother him. It's what he decided was best for himself. No one can harm him in his sanctuary, and he can't disappoint others.

Even so, as he worked tirelessly on his next novel, a dark romance between a medieval villain and his captured maiden, someone else worked just as tirelessly trying to find him. Trying to have him, get his attention, force him out of the shell he spent years cultivating.

Who knew it'd take one small drunken slip up for him to start living in the nightmare he has written. . .
