All this crap started because of a game my mom and her friend created, haven't we suffered enough from this society's rules.
Its not fair to us not fair to any of us, out of all the people in the world all the ages in the world we were chosen when we where still fresh still new unused packaged as sixteen year olds in the world we live in.
How is this even fair to anyone to anything I don't believe in this stupidity they have to put us through it to have their gems soldiers don't they.
They have to show us our deepest nightmares we have to beat it or we DIE

The zombie apocalypse started in April. Hannah couldn't fathom how she was able to remember something so irrelevant, although when she has over a year of isolation from any other living human being it's startling as to how much detail and information one person can manage to reminisce. She was 15 years old when it began. Now, she was turning 17 and nothing had gotten better. If anything, everything had become harder. Human extinction was inevitable and the probability of surviving wasn't just slightly possible, it was impossible. Especially when she's alone. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. It's been five years since the plague struck. Leah knows there are other survivors, but she's avoiding them. She is doing just fine on her own.
