Synopsis

Yoon Jeonghan has a secret. He cannot swim. More than that, he is afraid of water.

Pools, lakes, oceans.

Just the thought of them sends him spiralling back to a childhood accident he's never escaped. While his friends swim and laugh and dive into summer, he's the one stuck on dry land, pretending he doesn't care.

But every evening, Jeonghan still ends up at the local pool. Sitting in the bleachers. Watching. Wanting. Never moving.

That's where Choi Seungcheol finds him.

A former swimmer turned instructor, he's everything Jeonghan is not: calm, confident, and infuriatingly good at coaxing people past their fears. He's also the one man who's noticed Jeonghan's endless visits without ever getting in the water.

When Seungcheol offers him private lessons, Jeonghan wants to laugh it off. Shake his head politely, walk away, and never look back at the pool again.

But a small, reckless part of him is curious-a part that remembers what it felt like to move freely in the water, to play without fear.

And now he's frozen at the edge, caught between the safety of walking away and the terrifying possibility of finally stepping in.
