The dorm was quiet except for the soft hum of Chan's computer upstairs. You sat on the couch, flipping through your phone when the door creaked open.
"Still awake?" Felix's deep voice floated into the room, making your heart skip. He looked tired, hair slightly messy from practice, but his smile was warm as always.
"Couldn't sleep," you admitted, hugging your knees.
Felix walked over, sitting a little too close. "Me neither. Hyung's still working. Thought I'd keep you company."
The glow from the TV lit his features, and for a second you swore he was staring at you longer than usual. His hand brushed yours lightly on the couch.
You froze, but he just chuckled softly. "Relax. I'm not gonna bite."
But when his fingers finally intertwined with yours, you knew-sleep was the last thing that would come tonight.
