Morte Di'angelo was so tried. Her whole life had been spent fighting and all she wanted to do was lie down and sleep. Of course, she couldn't, not when she was one of the most dangerous demigods in the world. With a prophecy ticking down her clock and the fates going against her, she is destined to be end up alone and miserable, forever doomed by the gods.
However when she meets a small, awkward boy on a quest to save the world things begin to take a turn she never would have seen coming.

Leo got up and walked towards the front of the helicopter. I frowned at Piper. "Why'd you take my hot water bottle away?" Piper snorted and I saw the tips of Leo's ears turn red as he sat down.
