To become a hero you only need to four things.
Your hero own, hero suit, know how to fight with hand to hand combat, and most importantly a super power.
Now what happens when one individual has all three but one.
And what happens when they live in a world where 80% percent of the world population has that one ability that they lack of.
But that doesn't matter to them
As long as they have three of the necessities to be a hero that's all it matters
However they have something else that only a few hero's have in outweighs the four necessity
Compassion, discipline, determination and sheer well

How long can one endure all the humiliation, bullying and suicial batings until it was too much? Who knows! However, there was one person who would find this out very soon.
