Whenever the song "The Lever", from the fourth album named Diorama by Silverchair, was played live and as the closing of the show, things hit different. Their frontman and lead singer, Daniel Johns, used to came up with a pretty elaborated story of his own and the crowd would go insane. So here's the one from their show at the Newcastle Civic Theatre back in 2003 with some spicy details brought by me to color Dan's genius mind even more, I'm sure you know just what I mean.

We all know the amazing story of The Greatest Showman. P.T Barnum ( Hugh Jackman ) created one of the best circuses in history, even making the typical thing of red and white striped tents. Well, this is my own twist on it. What if Anne and her brother had a 14 year old sister? And what if Phillip had a younger 16 year old brother? • "Why don't we rewrite the stars? "Ahhh!!!" The man's body falls to the floor limp and I fall to the floor out of terror, "Why are you screaming? I saved you from being raped." I look at the man who is holding a gun with a little smile on his face. He holds the gun up to my head and I start crying, "P-Please, p-please don't do this. I-I won't tell anybody." He bends down and I whimper, "I don't think I can let you go. What happened you run and tell in the next three days? You've already seen my face and heard my voice." I shake my head, "I swear I won't tell anybody! I-I don't know anybody!" He looks at me up and down, "I'll give you two choices. I kill you now or you come with me. He asked and I looked up at his eyes. I didn't have to ponder over the matter long. "I don't know." I said softly. Daimen frowned and studied me for a while, "Just wondering, because you seem to love pissing me off. And most people don't. So I guess you need some figuring out to do." ********* Daimen and River were both seniors at the same high school, they took some of the same classes, walked the same halls, live in fair distance from each other, but they couldn't have been more different. When high school was over River and Daimen became ghosts to each other but then years later fate decides to bring them back together. River Sparrow hates confrontation. She's jumpy, but tries to see the bright side of situations. She's quiet, soft spoken, the "teacher's pet," and keeps to herself a lot. She's a volunteer at the local animal shelter and loves one dog in particular the most. Daimen Princeston would fight in a heartbeat. He's strong, intimidating, and pretty much has people running for the hills at the very aspect of him getting angry. His devil-may-care attitude swirls around him and no one wants to get on his bad side. Of course River is afraid of him, and she has a good right to be. But when River starts to learn more of the young man everyone fears she starts to see him in a new way. After some time feelings grow stronger and she hopes she's not fallen for a murderer. And if she has, who is she to deny him the love he so desperately needs?Concluida
