This is a Touhou Project fan story which takes inspiration from Re:Zero and asks the question: "What if there was a protagonist in this universe that could return by death?" I'm a fan of both series so I wanted to make this for fun!
Rinsho is an ordinary 17 year old guy who lives in Japan. He lives a somewhat carefree life and is a student. One day, when playing a game, he says to himself: "What would it be like to live again after dying?". He goes to sleep in his bedroom and wakes up in a strange forest. He doesn't know where he is, but humans like him are easy prey for bloodthirsty Youkai and different creatures of the land.

This character is going to travel the multiverse and do things that will change up the meta. This story serves to provide a backstory and how the character grew to be as powerful as he is. Forgotten, but not broken
A man wakes up, without most of his memories about his life and how he got here. All he knows for sure, is that he needs to get out of the place he is being held and figure out what the new world around him has to offer. Will he survive? Will he ever remember his past? Who knows. Subaru is still in this story, and he's also your best friend, and you also get transported with him, so yeah. And do not worry about the mangekyou problem, cause I can SEE my way around that.
