Frank was never really involved in such dark buisness. Sure, most of the time he was a megabitch, and he fought with people he probably shouldn't have, and he enjoyed getting people pissed at him... But, hey, don't we all.
The problem is, when this karma hits him back Now, he got himself a secret admirer, whose demontrations of love make Frank shit his pants.
