Skylar Belle is an American state secret who is being targeted by the dangerous tourist group Nithilax. In a previous encounter, she and her uncle Stanley successfully thwarted Nithilax's plans to harm the president. However, when their investigation leads to the discovery that Skylar is being sold off to another facility, a new threat emerges when Xeno, her father, discovers that her abductors are led by Leo Spiegel, his greatest rival since high school.

As they delve deeper into the investigation, the situation becomes increasingly complicated. When Skylar is suddenly abducted, however, Xeno and Stanley are forced to maintain their composure and remain focused on finding her. Their search culminates in a shocking confrontation with the mastermind behind Skylar's abduction, leaving Xeno with a realization he never saw coming.
