When the city hums

Tokyo, in a future that never sleeps, glows with teleportation beams, holographic billboards, and endless neon light. Yang Jungwon has always belonged to that light, a model whose face the city has claimed as its own.

Beside him walks Park Jay, his quiet best friend, a guitarist with music raw enough to cut through the city's static. Their rooftop nights are the only places untouched by fame, a fragile space where Jungwon can just be himself. But when Jay's music is discovered and begins to outshine even Jungwon's glow, the balance between them shifts.

In a city that devours attention, Jungwon must face the one thing he has never prepared for: not being the centre of it, and realising he may lose Jay to the spotlight he once thought was only his own.
