Miyuki is the youngest siblings of Haruka and Rido Kuran Twin sister of Juri Kuran,who was heartbroken because of his Elder Brother Rido who didn't notice her or giving his love for her, Because only her Twin Sister Juri Kuran who recieve they love to her Even her brother Haruka he's always with Juri like a lost puppy.

Being Neglected and heartbroken can't stand to see her Sister that her 2 brothers are always with her and not for her, Even her parents beginning to worry about her.

One night she took a walk outside from their house
she can't breath because of heartache seeing both brothers ignore her existence, while deep in thought she didn't know how far she walk then carriage ran fast in front of her, then*  BANG! and Everything turn dark.

'Hurry Let's go back to the Phantomhive Villa !' Vincent said that Before picking up the girl to go inside in the carriage in hurry, and he cradle her gently in his arms and their carriage took off in the fast speed to treat the lady a medical care.
