Aquila Eastridge, daughter of a notorious pirate captain, is captured by the Royal Navy of Galar and serves her sentence in a hostile port town where her presence stirs fear as well as fascination among the townsfolk.
With the shadow of her father's legacy looming large, Aquila finds herself caught between duty, rebellion, and an unexpected bond with the very man sworn to destroy her. Our hero must do her best to navigate life through a town that would rather see her hang.

After winning the Kalos League and keeping their promise, Ash and Serena continue their journey together. From new regions, to new Pokemon, to new battles and new experiences. Whatever lies ahead, they don't know, but they will face it together. This is a sequel to my Our Promise one-shot (which you can read if you'd like for some extra exposition but it's not required). I kept looking over it and I saw more potential in it, but instead of going back to that story, I decided to keep it a one-shot and make the sequel a multi-chapter story.
