Long after the war ended, the battlefields still whisper. Seeking the truth buried beneath ruined fortresses and silent carriers, a lone journalist follows the fading echoes of pilots who should never have existed. Brett Thompson's search leads him through borderlands where records vanish, witnesses speak in riddles, and every surviving report contradicts the last.
The figure bears many names: phantom, myth, a demon who struck down all opposition. The accounts never align, yet all share the same reverent edge, as though recalling a storm that answered to no command.
As Brett moves deeper into the war's forgotten corridors-through shattered skies, vanished squadrons, and battles erased from official memory-one truth becomes clear. Some legends were never meant to be uncovered, and some pilots were never meant to be understood.

Gate: Of Marines and Medieval Men
The year is 2030. The United States of America is enjoying a relative peace time. While there are still tensions around the world, the U.S. has managed to avoid any major conflicts. That was until a mysterious medieval-looking structure appeared out of nowhere in the middle of Washington D.C. Suddenly, the nation's capital is under attack by a medieval-style army and creatures only seen in fantasy stories. This mysterious army, however, soon realizes that they stepped on the dragon's tail. This story is based off the anime/manga series, Gate, but follows a different storyline and characters. I do not own Gate, but the story and characters in this story are mine.
The Hawaiian Special Forces
This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!Complete
