Now he has to try and work through his years of trauma with a stranger who he's pretty sure is only there to get paid.

Grian was surrounded by the hermits, swords pointed. The boy frowned at the man in front of him, "I didn't kill him." His tone was clearly annoyed. "shut it watcher, we know your tricks." their youngest hermit who joined the server had left their server after staying a week. He was overpowered by his fellow hermits who had accused him of murder. "grian! that's grian!" the hermits who fled to find their youngest soon faced a replica of the shopping district. it was clearly deserted, yet somehow full of life. the missing hermit who they saw on a random window sill lay his head on a table, in each seat was an armour stand with different positions and different heads. this was his life for over 3 years. Sometimes, Glitches Are Good
Or at least, they end up okay. Tommy discovers this as one day, running from Dream and his exile, he falls through the snow and wakes up in an odd world, one with lots of people! Even more people than the DreamSMP, but not quite as many as SMP Earth, which he hardly remembers. Now, in this new world, far friendlier than his old, he must help his newest friends find the friend that disappeared from their world. Meanwhile, Grian wasn't sure where he was or who any of these people were until he bumps into Phil. When he found out a man called Dream had hurt his old friend's kid, he wasn't very happy to say the least. He was particularly angry at how the kid was dragged into their stupid wars, and didn't hesitate to tell the man who wore a plain mask off, much to the surprise of everyone there. It's not every day you see a 5'6 man in an oversized red sweater screaming his head off at one of the most dangerous men in the server. He has to learn how to juggle his sudden nightmares, the insanity of his new world, and the issue of getting home all at once, and he must admit, it was very stressful. Will they be able to get home, or will they be stuck swapped forever? They both had people, friends, family counting on them to come home. Counting on them to return to them. They couldn't let them down. Aka Tommy gets therapy and Grian gives everyone else therapy.Concluida

Grian was getting used to the safety of the Hermitcraft server quite well. He still had bad days in which all the memories of his high school life came back to him and ate away at his mind. However, he also had good days, when he could spend time with his friends and live happily, normally. On one of his bad days though, he finds a white bunny with a nametag reading 'Sam' wrapped around it's neck. It was an accident, surely, probably part of Stress's shenanigans. Probably just a coincidence that the handwriting spelling the name looked like someone else's... someone from Grian's past. But Grian wasn't thinking of what it probably was when he ran. But it turns out, running has consequences. OR Samgladiator joined the game A YHS/Hermicraft fanfic, involves very mild Grumbo shipping but you can read it as purely platonic if that's what you want. Trigger warnings are: death (not permadeath), knives, stabbing, abuse, fighting, manipulation, PTSD, Sam being Sam, blood and general angsty stuff. Don't worry though, it has a happy ending!
