Okara was a Saiyan from Planet Vegeta, but he was a strange one. He wasn't as particularly violent as many other Saiyans, yet was insanely strong. His father, Korn, was always displeased at his son's softness. So, he would train his son by sending him on missions with a Saiyan named Bardock. While this did get him stronger, he didn't like taking over planets, he did like the fights. He also was completely uncontrollable as an Oozaru, no matter what kind of training he did. Eventually, he would flee Planet Vegeta, and after bouncing around from planet to planet, he would land on Earth, and adopt the false name of Y/N.
He'd train under Master Roshi, and would eventually form is own school of martial arts, hoping to train someone to get just as strong as he is for a good fight. He got close with one student, Thunda, but not even he was able to reach the levels that Y/N had. He would also help the Guardian of Earth with dealing with threats that may be too dangerous for the average person. He was eventually rewarded with the Seven Star Dragon Ball, and held a tournament for anyone who wanted the Dragon Ball.
