In the year 2509, Earth has reshaped into two vast continents called Aggregate, surrounded by smaller islands and divided into 800 districts ranked by wealth and status-district 1 being the richest and most heavily policed, while district 800 is lawless, impoverished, and crime-ridden. Society is sharply stratified into upper, middle, and lower classes, with slums dominating the poorer regions and glittering cities crowning the elite. Aggregate is ruled by a powerful Council of Five, each embodying a political ideology, supported by sprawling networks of parties and factions, while Enforcers-ruthless and heavily armed police-uphold order with brutality, medals, and corruption alike. Harsh prisons dot private islands, punishments are severe and public, and identification chips bind every citizen to government control. Technology has advanced only selectively-cyborgs, robots, and extended lifespans exist alongside poverty, slums, and nutritional blocks as staple food. Deep social divides fuel resentment between classes, while tribes, pirates, and secret facilities like Site 8 exist on the fringes, hinting at mysteries and dangers beyond Aggregate's rigid order.
This story is based of a newly trained enforcer who believes in the system yet soon starts to question it, challanges it. He tried breaking the system to rebuild it, it's fair to say that it doesn't work out for him.
