Rayquaza was in his usual habitat, the Ozone Layer of Earth. Watching People and Pokemon alike, especially 2 specific troublemakers. All of a sudden a portal appeared. An Ultra-Wormhole perhaps? No. There would've been Ultra Beasts flying through already. Curiosity got the best of Rayquaza and he went through it. There he saw Earth again albeit different. With monsters he never seen before, creating chaos where humans live.
