Cities away, Victor Vale is still dying. He's tried everything he can think of to reverse-engineer Dr. Haverty's power-blocking serum, but without the dead scientist's notes, he's at a loss. With time running out, he's only chance is to find the one EON agent who might still have access to the information the organization buried, but he just so happens to be the same target Eli and his new group of allies are searching for.
