Selene Kailene Ashbourne, a 22 year old, innocent, smart, kind-hearted and joyful girl applied at the biggest company in New York, Blackwood Enterprises Inc.

The company's CEO, Adrian Magnus Blackwood, is a 22 year old, tall, handsome, rude and brooding CEO. One glare from him would shut you up immediately, and he values professionalism more than anything.

But, there's one thing the world doesn't know about Adrian. His Luna.

Fifteen years ago, he met a stunning little girl, the same age as him, they bonded together with candies, stuffed toys and chased each other around the school, but Adrian had to go overseas to study, but before he left, he made a promise - A promise to marry that girl he loved with all his heart.

And fast forward to the present - he never forgot. He still kept the letter she wrote him, and the picture he took with her when they we're kids.

But the heartbreaking truth is, the girl doesn't remember her anymore. And that - is Selene.

But as the opportunity to get closer to her came, he grasped onto it tightly, willing to make her remember, that she once had his Addie, and he once had his Luna.

•SYNOPSIS•

"Why are you here, sir?" I asked softly, gazing at the bright stars.

He didn't respond, just stared at me with the same unreadable expression.

"You don't remember me?" He whispered.

I furrowed my brows, shaking my head in confusion, although I couldn't deny that his touch and his eyes felt oddly familiar.

He sighed, and it sounded.. pained.

He handed me a picture.

And it was me, probably twelve years younger, and a boy beside me.

"That's me, Luna." He whispered, and I froze.

He took my hands in his, "I know you don't remember yet, but I promise, I'll make you remember, and I'll fulfill the promise I once whispered to you under the moonlight twelve years ago, my Luna." He murmured, kissing my hand.

He stood up, and walked away, leaving me speechless and shocked.
