200 years ago, the Arland family was murdered. There was only one survivor. The eldest daughter, Rila. She went missing and was never found.

Ellya is camping with their twin sister and their entire friend group when Ellya digs up Rila's body. Turns out, she's not dead, and neither is the murderer. Suddenly, Ellya and their friends are thrown into a not-so-regular world, with a little touch of magic and a gorgeous stranger, Eve, who's offered to help them, and gets under Ellya's skin everytime she speaks. Soon, they're on the path to solving the Arland family's murders. There's just one problem. Rila's not-so-dead body has gone missing. Will they be able to find the murderer and Rila's body before they get killed? And can Ellya and Eve learn to get along before their bickering gets them caught by the killer?
