and the condition is so worsened that now, the agency needs a breaking news to regrow
And survive in this huge journalist market, she wanted to leave this job.

BUT

She can't, because her sister and your mother is also sick and needs money for an operation. So she decided to take matters into her own hands. You know.... news about a famous person OR a star is enough, which can revive your agency's reputation, but your agency usually avoids publishing anything sensitive or controversial about anyone. That's the reason for its downfall,
anyway.
If your agency refused to post anything controversial or about a famous person you found news about, well, it would be their loss, as you could sell it for millions to other agencies and might even get a job there, or could be sold to the star itself after all ,the money could be used for her mother's and sister's treatment so it's critical .
