Genre: Romance / Angst / Drama / slow burn, smut
Setting: 2025, Stray Kids are living together in the dorm during their off-hours, pre-schedule chaos, with lots of casual, modern-day vibes (phones, social media, coffee runs, late-night studio sessions).
Plot Summary:
Seungmin has had a secret crush on Bang Chan for years-since pre-debut, even. He's the quiet, dependable one who silently supports Chan in everything, from late-night studio marathons to overcooked ramen nights. No one knows, not even the other members. Seungmin is content just being near him, keeping his feelings tucked away... until Chan gets a girlfriend.
Chan's new relationship is sudden, exciting, and full of public Instagram selfies, couple photos, and cute texts that Seungmin accidentally sees. His heart shatters quietly with each smile Chan shares with her, each nickname whispered that he used to hope might be for him.
Seungmin tries to act normal-still helping Chan with chores, songs, and routines-but his jealousy, hurt, and longing start slipping into his behavior. The boys notice, teasing him subtly, and the tension begins to crack through the surface.
Meanwhile, Chan is completely oblivious to Seungmin's feelings. He's caught up in the thrill of dating someone new, sharing memes and late-night calls, unaware of the quiet storm brewing next to him in the dorm.
The unheard confession-after many, many years.
maybe, just maybe, his confession will finally be heared.
