A defector from a great scientific group unknown to man known as the Alchemical Sanctum barely escaped with his life.
An alchemist, one of few with great knowledge of a branch of science unknown to the world and its many dangers hidden with their ultimate goal being 'Gold'.
Beatrix, a German girl immigrating to Japan with her family runs into the defector named Daijin. She shows the alchemist great interest and shortly before the two part ways, Daijin is met with a Riruabu stealing energy from the Earth and an alchemist here for him!
Daijin entrusts Beatrix with the power of the Precure Elemental Brace and keeps the Riruabu at bay.

Today in 20XX, technology has advanced so far around the world that now people are able to perform simple and complex tasks via the Cyberworld created by the famous software developer Shou Shori or commonly known as Prof. Shori. 10 years ago prior to the season, Prof. Shori had finally released a new revolutionary Cyberworld-exclusive game called "PrettyCure.exe" which initially personalizes the player's experience for example transforming and have the upmost fun while chatting with friends old and new. Aosemura "Nikko" Nikou is an ordinary ninth-grade student at Mitsukado Middle School who is mainly adored by girls for her performance in martial arts. People claim that Nikou is just a natural however Nikou loves playing fighting video games from day to night, hence why she's very good in martial arts. But her life turns another direction when a Terrorbyte attacks, Nikou doesn't hesitate to become a Pretty Cure and becomes Cure Glitch with her Navigator, Electro's help!
