in this relatively short fan fic in very angst filled way i attempted to portray a day of Morty, how exploited he really is but takes it like he deserves it. this was based on the scene in Morty's mindblowers episode where he watched the memory of ruining a dimension by messing with squirrels who rule the world. this is not meant to be an exciting story but a dreadful routine of the grandson of the biggest jackass in the galaxy. And all he ever wanted wasvto understand the animals...

When a 15 year old named Y/N moves to New York with their family, they have a hard time adjusting to the new city life after having lived in a small town their whole life. When Y/N gets into some basic city trouble with some not-so-nice mutants and yokai, they end up meeting a team of turtles and one seems to catch their eye. Red becomes their new favorite color and they get to know the group and make some new friends. While intimidating at first, the biggest of the four is a real sweetheart. Y/N can feel themself falling but refuses to believe it. Will the mutate ever like them back? Will Y/N except it? (it starts off kind of slow, with a bit of character build up, but I promise it'll get going around chapter 2-3! X-216 Rick is the complete opposite of C-137. He's anxious, withdrawn and paired with a Morty who's a little meaner than he is. But C-137 Morty gets attached to him--and his Rick has no choice but to deal with a broken portal gun, a Rick whose hands shake with anxiety and a Morty that likes to challenge everyone. Despite everything, C-137 doesn't lose his confidence. But what he doesn't know is that an enemy lurks on Arcturo.
