ZOES MONTH OF FEAR (A TF contest fic)

there is a strange place that exists between the land of the living and the realm of the dead.

it's a place where a small group of strange critters live, and their main purpose in their strange world is to constantly transform one person throughout the entirety of October every year.

it's not the creatures who decide on their victims however, it's a strange stone structure, known as "the eye".

usually, the eye would choose someone of importance, like a leader of a group or a popular celebrity.

but this year? it's chosen a simple lazy girl named Zoe.

the critters may have a boring victim for their mischief, but they will make sure to still have fun with it all.

Zoe definitely won't though.
