The following pages are my reflections of my last 13 years battling with mental health issues and my recent return to God. These years have been filled with struggle, traumas, and pain. It's no coincidence that when these struggles started, I turned my back on God and my faith and spent most of the rest of these years in darkness, depression, and despair.
