(Warning: The following story is apart of the Super Mario Bros Movie Rewrite series. If you have not read previous stories, it may not make sense.......But hey! I'm not here to judge! Read at your own decision! Who knows? Maybe you'll like it!)

Years after Luigi's journey through The Dark Lands, years after the area's departure from  its once cursed state, Luigi is invited back.....for a celebration! A celebration of him! 

Soon enough, however, the plumber discovers things aren't as they seem, and he is pushed into a well of his own demise. Now, Luigi must work with the talented Professor Elvin Gadd, his girlfriend Princess Daisy of Sarasa Land, his best friend (outside of Mario and the aforementioned Princess) Captain Toad, and his newest animal companion: Polterpup, to find him a way out of his new home and recover the life he had recently lost. Willy he ghosts let him leave or do they want someone new to join their suffering...?
