This is the first part of four novels largely inspired by Erin Hunter's Warrior Cats series. Each book follows a leader of one of the four clans- Springclan, Summerclan, Fallclan and Winterclan. Spring Anew follows Springclan's leader Newstar as he steps into a new leadership role and the struggles and successes that come with it. From gatherings to romances, from fights to starclan prophecies, Spring Anew is an alternate universe warrior cats series. I do not own or take credit for the warrior cats series nor the traditions and culture of the cats within it which are referenced in this series. Although I have tried to make the characters was unique as possible, there may be some name overlaps with Erin Hunter's Warrior Cats, if so, I do not own or take credit for these characters and do not assume that they are the same character as the one in the books. Disclaimer: This is a completely different world with completely different clans. This fan-book is based off of the book series "Warriors" by Erin Hunter. Since this is based off of Warriors, there will be mild violence in this book. All the characters and the setting of this story is my original work while the rest (like the way how Clans and warrior traditions work, etc.) belong to Erin Hunter. "BEWARE THE BURNING ONE, ELSE ALL WILL FALL." Cats have been living in Clans on three islands for uncountable generations. ValleyClan has been struggling to survive in the past few moons as their enemies grow more powerful. CaveClan is becoming more of a threat and prey has become scarce as leaf-bare comes, but a young apprentice by the name of Darkpaw lets her own curiosity get the better of her to help her Clan-and maybe, just maybe she's the warrior ValleyClan has been looking for. NOTICE (so people won't bother me about them): I had not read past "The Prophecies Begin" when I wrote the prologue, chapter 1, and chapter 2 so you may seem some characters with names that already exist. Also, some cats' appearances may be based off of domesticated cats, are unrealistic, or don't follow the rules of cat genetics. I am aware that regular warrior cats are wild cats, but when I made these designs, I got so used to them that I am not encouraged to redesign them. But hey, this is a fictional story! Multiple things in this book may not be accurate to the traditional way of warrior life (due to me not remembering how it works).
