Catastrophic, chaotic, and absurdly unpredictable. That's the best description of Kira's life. This is a story of survival, sarcasm, and an attempt to stay sane in a world that clearly wasn't. The story follows Kira, a 16-year-old girl who used to live with her single mother, Caroline, and her 10-year-old sister, Kimi. Kira's life will suddenly change completely, and a lot of strange things will happen to her. She will try not to lose her mind, while figuring out how the hell her life became such a bad joke. Will Kira ever find out the truth and regain control of her life, or will she get stuck forever, in this chaotic chain of bad luck? Let's find out! *********************** 💫This is a psychological mystery (light thriller) story, with drama, told with dark humor and sarcasm, and has a supernatural twist.💫 *********************** New chapters soon 🥰 *********************** Just want to thank you for being here and tell you that this is my very first book. I literally just started writing not too long ago, and I have no freaking idea about what I'm doing. English is not even my first language (although I use it at work). So, yeah. I think we have here a very original recipe for DISASTER, don't you agree? May God Help Us 🙌🏾😶🌫️

Caleb

Caleb is definitely a troubled child. Alone, with nothing going for him, he attempts to take his own life but fails at his first attempt. He desperately wants to try again but is put under constant supervision, especially by his new doctor, Dr Palmer. Dr Palmer becomes more and more involved in Caleb’s life, trying to help him see that his life is worth living through various methods. Eventually, the two build up a trusting and understanding relationship and Dr Palmer allows Caleb to do things that his parents would have never have let him do so soon after something so tragic. Caleb gets his life back on track, enrolling at college and even meeting a girl whom he used to know as a child. The two of them begin to date each other, and everything seems great for a while. That is, until Caleb remembers the reason that he tried to commit suicide in the first place, revealing a secret that shatters his new found confidence. As things at home begin to deteriorate too, Caleb’s situation goes from bad to worse. The only person who knows the truth, Dr Palmer, leaves him to stand on his own two feet, declaring him cured. He starts back at college full time, and becomes ever closer with Stephanie, the only person whom he feels that he can trust. When his own father attacks his mother, Caleb begins to think that the police are on to him, trying to unravel his past, thinking that they have realised what happened to cause him to try to commit suicide. However, they are just trying to build a case against his father. In desperation, Caleb tried to reach out to Dr Palmer, against the advice of his mother. As his life spirals out of control, Dr Palmer makes him realise that the only way he can carry on is to come clean and reveal his secret. In a shocking final twist, everything is revealed to be not what it seems, and Caleb finds out that he will be ok, no matter what happens to him.
