Hello hello! Just a quick warning that this series will take quite a while with writings. Only prologue has been complete and we'll have 6 more chapters to go! (considiring the ridilulous number of words I've used, they'll be divided into more chapters). If you like the story, you can be the part of it as well with your comments and public votes. Student lists and statues will be given at the end of each chapter, and you'll be able to vote for anyone you don't want to see next chapter -or see. That's right! Thinking about it just makes me sick. My hands were trembling. I could feel tears falling down my cheeks. My face was getting hotter by the second. "I wanna go home..." I whispered. I silently weeped into my hands. Of all people, why me? Why did I have to be... in a... killing game? (Authors note: Yes, this is a Fanganronpa. But it is not connected to the Danganronpa series. So no, there will not be another "Junko Enoshima" or a reference to "The biggest, most awful, most tragic event in human history". Also, there will be no Hopes Peak Academy. This project will only have specific details from the original that I like. For example... MoNoKuMa. Maybe. You'll have to wait and see. Anyway, see you guys in the story!) Hotel of Despair! (a Next-Gen Fanganronpa)
Heads Up: This is a Next Generation AU for the series Danganronpa. There will be references to all 4 games as well as the anime, so if you're unfamiliar with the series then it is highly recommended you either watch gameplay or play the games yourself, as that will give you the best reading experience. Since this story is a fanmade killing game, there will be mentions of violence as well as Major Character Death, so if you know you are someone who is sensitive to that material then it is recommended you give this story a pass. With that said, onto the ACTUAL description! ----- Hopes Peak Academy. A prestigious school, one that carried respect and praise; it is said that attending the school would grant you a successful future, whether that be money, fame, or status. The students represent the future of the world, their titles as Ultimates representing the hope that followed our future leaders. Satoshi Ikusaba, the Ultimate Strategist, had a plan on how his first day would go- he made sure to prepare for ANYTHING that could happen. Breakfast before school? Check. School supplies ready? Check. Getting him and his step-sister to school on time? Check. Passing out at the front of the school and waking up in a weird hotel with no idea how he got there? Check... Except the only problem is that the last bullet point wasn't on his list, or even something he took into account in the first place! Thankfully, he isn't alone; With his step-sister Kazue Maizono and his closest ally Jun Naegi on his side, he'll make sure to find the mastermind and put an end to this killing game once and for all!
