Evie Ripley Didn't remember dying. She just remembered getting abducted from her home, getting kidnapped and falling asleep in a dark basement. That was it. It wasn't until she woke up covered in blood in the dark, cold basement of her captor. At first, she didn't understand. How could she be dead ? She was Evie Ripley. If you still refuse , you will die at the stroke of midnight the next day. If you were unable to go through with it, you survive. If you were to make a promise about something in the past and it's not true, you die the moment you finish the sentence.
