In the house with the red door, Aegon grew into leadership, often clashing with his volatile uncle Viserys while finding love and strength in his bond with Daenerys. At sixteen, he wed her, fulfilling an ancient Targaryen custom, and the two welcomed a son, Jaehaerys, in 293 AC.
