NIRVAK

Nirvak.exe is a banned version of Sonic.exe, a cursed file found in a hidden folder of a hacked cartridge.
It doesn't run, it stalks. Its grim smile, it whispers, and its eyes aren't simple red blotches, but fiery pentagrams that spin like wheels of hell.

Its sprite appears incomplete: pieces of its body are missing, replaced by runic symbols instead of pixels. Every time you look at it, its design changes slightly, as if someone were rewriting it in real time.
