This is about my feelings on doubt and how it feels like to me, I guess. This is a short vent story, or poem. I honestly don't know. I was really upset today and a lot of my emotions from the past month or so has some effect. I also don't know what to tag so it'll be just "vent"

'I hear it in my ear drums. But I can't seem to convince myself that it's real.' I have no idea what I'm doing. Why am I writing this?
