anomaly: the god who shouldn't exist

There exists a Godslayer, a living mistake in the fabric of the fantasy world. He's so broken-OP he terrifies even gods, so they sealed him away.
BUT he's not an evil destroyer he's neutral. He just wants to chill and vibe, but his existence itself breaks logic.
Meanwhile, he also exists in a parallel "Earth" self (same soul, two realities).
A goddess of reincarnation (or memories) breaks the seal, but to protect him from divine detection, she splits his soul/memories between both versions.
